LiFEsports will be hosting a lacrosse clinic to teach youth fundamental skills! Youth will participate in several different lacrosse activities to help increase their ability to shoot, scoop, cradle and push and pull. As always, we will also infuse teaching youth about self-control, effort, teamwork and social responsibility throughout the clinic!
