March brought a return to in-person programming. Our team could not have been more excited to see the youth IN PERSON!
On Saturday, March 13th, LiFEsports, in partnership with Columbus Recreation and Parks, facilitated a lacrosse clinic.
The youth learned how to cradle, pass, receive, and shoot a lacrosse ball. After spending time learning and growing in skills, the youth then competed against each other in a lacrosse obstacle course. Here they were able to put all the skills they had just learned to the test through a timed course.
The effort used throughout the clinic by our youth to learn this new sport was extraordinary! A big thank you to the Lindy Infante Foundation for the donation of lacrosse sticks to make sure each of our youth had an individual stick to use!
