LiFEsports at the Ohio State University is offering TWO FREECOACH TRAININGS
Supporting Student-Athlete Mental Health is approved by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS) and is designed to support coaches in increasing their awareness, knowledge, and skills regarding student-athlete mental health. Managing Stress and Pressure will support coaches in learning how to manage the high levels of stress and pressure that come with the profession. Coaches will learn coping strategies that promote wellness and mitigate risks for burnout.
