LiFEsports is hosting another clinic this month to teach youth fundamental skills of Volleyball! Youth will participate in volleyball activities to help increase their ability to pass/bump, set, serve, and hit/spike the ball. As always, we will also infuse teaching youth about self-control, effort, teamwork and social responsibility throughout the clinic!
