Introductory Individual Sport Technique & Strategy
How We Do It
4 Week Summer Camp
Free meals and transportation provided for all youth.
Youth Participate in 8 Sports
Baseball/softball, Basketball, Dance, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Swimming, and Volleyball.
Daily Chalk Talk Lessons
Play-based social skills curriculum which teaches youth self-control, effort, teamwork and social responsibility (S.E.T.S.).
Daily Health & Fitness Lessons
Play-based health & fitness curriculum which teaches the importance of nutrition, physical activity, and mental health skills to be a successful athlete.
Camp Culminates in the LiFEsports Games
A three-day event where youth compete as teams to win the coveted LiFEsports Games gold medal!
