What We Teach
Ages Served: Youth enrolled in 9th – 12th grade
Year 1: Plan - Goal Setting, Organization, Decision Making
Year 2: Prepare - Relationship Building, Social Skills & Self-Identity
Year 3: Practice - Resume, Cover Letter, Networking
Year 4: Scholarship, College Prep, Dress for Success
How We Do It
4 Year Program
Two session per month during academic year, and four-week work experience during LiFEsports campus-based summer camp.
Bi-monthly Professional Development Sessions
Bi-monthly Educational Sessions
Year 1 & 2.
Bi-monthly Youth-led Committee Sessions
Health, advocacy, social, communication, finance, and executive.
Monthly Mentoring Sessions
Year 3 & 4.
Annual Educational Visits
To Selected Ohio Universities & Colleges.
Annual Career Visits
To local companies.
Free Meals & Transportation
Provided for all youth during summer work experience.
